This article aims to redefine and to review the concept of Economic Analysis of Law (EAL), and also to reveal the legitimacy of the criticism that it formulates, as well as to identify the difficult path in which EAL is being developed in Peru.

Finally, it pretends to clarify that Civil Economic Analysis of Law is just a mere branch of the whole EAL phenomenon, which cannot be confused in between, besides any generic thoughts or outcomes, while applying it to the constitutional basis of legal sciences, even if the goal is to offer a more realistic and scientific approach to the study of Law.

One of the problems of the Economic Analysis of Law (EAL) in Peru and other countries of the world is incomplete and selective teaching of economic principles and microeconomic foundations, which is responsibility of those who advocate for the "easy- EAL" or "soft-EAL " used simplify their criticism to traditional legal institutions, focusing on the outcome rather than the analysis process to get to this. They are not interested on replication nor development of the EAL, but to publish it in the more precarious way possible, and to show off in the middle.

Even for an economics student at a university that also teach strong finance or management, the teaching of microeconomics can be below the standards required for an economist.

Uno de los problemas del AED en el Perú y en otros países del mundo es la enseñanza incompleta y selectiva de los principios económicos y fundamentos microeconómicos, lo cual es responsabilidad de aquellos que propugnan el "easy-AED" o "soft-AED" con el objetivo de simplificar sus criticas, enfocándose en el resultado antes que el proceso análisis para llegar a este. No les interesa la réplica ni el desarrollo del AED, sino darlo a conocer del modo más precario posible, y darse a conocer así mismos en el medio. 

Incluso para un estudiante de economía de una universidad que pondere bastante enseñarle también finanzas o gestión empresarial, el aprendizaje de la microeconomía puede estar por debajo de los estándares requeridos para un economista.
